A seasoned healthcare entrepreneur, Mark has been at the forefront of transforming mobile healthcare, integrating cutting-edge technology with operational excellence to improve patient outcomes and provider efficiency.
Since founding PDI Health in 2010, he has leveraged cutting-edge technology and operational excellence to drive innovation in diagnostic imaging. With over 20 years of experience, Mark is widely recognized for his leadership, strategic vision, and deep-rooted relationships across the healthcare sector. Under his guidance, PDI Health continues to set new standards in mobile imaging, ensuring precision, convenience, and superior patient care.
Avi Grossman
President
Avi Grossman is the President of PDI Health, a nationally recognized leader in mobile radiology and diagnostic imaging services. As a healthcare entrepreneur with deep connections across the U.S. healthcare industry, Avi has been instrumental in expanding PDI Health’s reach, serving long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, and major medical centers with industry-leading efficiency and service.

Kelly Jones RT(R)
Vice President of External Operations
Kelly Jones has worked in the long-Term Care Industry , specializing in Mobile Radiology for 40 years. Kelly graduated from Lankenau Hospital in Philadelphia and started in Mobile Diagnostics in 1989. She has been trained in Sales, Account Management and has worked as a Field Technologist, Lead Technologist, Area Manager and Director of Operations before becoming a Vice President of Operations. Kelly believes providing for our patients in their own homes is the best job there is.


Hagay Ramati
Vice President of Solutions and Innovation
Hagay Ramati holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and Computers from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. He has 25 years of experience in the medical imaging industry. Over the years he has held positions in device development, service and support, and management. He worked for Kodak Healthcare after they acquired Orex where he was the Director of Customer Support. At Kodak he served as Director in the service department creating dealer network support for the Point of Care product line. Hagay was the Co-founder of CR ProTech a company specializing in devices and software for the Mobile Xray industry and served as its CEO until joining PDI Health.
Marcie Maffeo
VP of National Accounts
Marcie Maffeo is our VP of National Accounts and has worked in the long-term care industry, specifically specializing in portable diagnostics. Marcie graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Radiology and Science. Starting in 1989 Marcie worked as a portable radiographer which has enabled her to be successful in sales and account retention. Marcie has many long-standing relationships and this, as well as her passion for patient care, has led to her continued success. Marcie plays a key role in the continued development of strategic plans to open new business. Marcie serves on many boards and committees in the long-term care industry and volunteers her time as needed in the industry.

With over a decade of experience across different healthcare settings, Kate has developed exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep knowledge of medical devices, and a strong business acumen. She is committed to continuous professional growth through building meaningful relationships, driving efficient solutions, and consistently delivering outstanding results. Kate is highly engaged in the healthcare industry and actively contributes to its advancement. She serves on the Lifespan Products and Services Board of Directors and is an active member of several professional associations, including the Virginia Healthcare Association and the Delaware Healthcare Facilities Association. Her dedication to the field reflects her passion for making a positive impact in healthcare.


Dr. Daniel Gurell, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Gurell is the Associate Medical Director of UDMI and head of Oncological Imaging. He is an Assistant Professor of Radiology at Jacobi Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Prior to joining UDMI, Dr. Gurell was the Director of MRI in the Department of Radiology at Staten Island University Hospital-Goethals Radiology P.C. and a visiting Assistant Professor of Radiology at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell Medical Center.
David Hersko, LNHA
Vice President of Internal Operations
David Hersko serves as VP of Internal Operations at PDI Health. As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) with extensive healthcare leadership experience across multiple facilities, David focuses on building high-performing internal operations through clear policies, scalable processes, and disciplined execution—driving faster turnaround times, stronger service consistency, and an exceptional experience for facilities and patients.


Angela Nigrelli
Account Executive
Angela Nigrelli is an experienced account executive responsible for developing new customer partnerships, providing product training and support, and ensuring client satisfaction/retention in Rhode Island and Connecticut. She has built long-lasting relationships and is passionate about working in the long-term care community. Her success is based on her honesty, and integrity, along with her use of a consultative approach to provide value to her customers. When she is not working, she spends her summer riding her jet ski and enjoys spending time with her dogs.
